Beautiful views
This place was clean with attentive and friendly staff. They booked taxis, restaurants and excursions for you. Great place. We would definitely go back!
You do need to get a shuttle to get pretty much anywhere and at first it seemed overwhelming but once you understood it seemed easier.

What was the highlight of Villa Angela
They "promised us a miracle"
The panoramic view over the bay and across to Mount Etna was fantastic. The buffet breakfast offered a good choice of food. Large comfy bed and enormous balcony. The hotel runs an hourly shuttle bus for a small fee to the town below, which is really good, as there is only 1 (pricey) restaurant up the road. Be prepared to meet a surprise visitor at reception!
At breakfast, the hot food trays need filling up more often. Too often they were empty and guests were left waiting. The coffee machine left us and many guests confused as to its operation. Coffee making should be straightforward for us simple minds. The thin flimsy hand towels are totally inadequate for drying hands. Guests need/deserve fluffy towels. In this price bracket, we expected more attention to this kind of detail. The floor numbering made no sense when we tried to use the stairs. Up is down and down is up!

Very enjoyable.
Breakfast very good, shuttle service very good, Pool very nice. Comfy bed and good facilities in the room Fantastic view.
Sun loungers could do with some foam toppers.

The location and view and room 209, great shuttle to Tourmina and really friendly staff.
